摘要
人才派遣是一种全新的人才资源市场配置方式,它为企业人力资源管理创新提供了舞台。文章从用人单位的角度,分析了人才派遣的特点、运作机理;提出了在人才派遣方式下的四种人力资源管理创新方式;并就人力资源管理创新问题提出了看法。
Temp dispatch is a brand- new pattern of human resources. It caters a stage for the originality of enterprise human resources. The paper analyzes, from the vantage point of enterprises, the characteristics and running mechanism. Then the paper puts forward original modules in four kinds of people. And in the end the originality in human resources is discussed
