摘要
本文就铜合金中Cr和Zr元素对铸锭的塑性及导电率的影响进行了探索性研究,以期为工业生产中规模采用轧制法生产高精度、高强度、高导电率的Cu-Cr-Zr带材提供依据。实验采用真空熔炼,大气铸造,铁模铸锭生产铜铬锆合金,结果表明:利用金属合金化不仅可提高铜合金的强度,而且铸锭具有良好的塑性,满足热轧要求。对铸锭进行固溶处理,其电导率明显提高。
This research is relative to the copper alloy with elements of Cr and Zr which may effect the flexibility and electric conductivity, expect to provide some new ideas as rolling for making to produce the high accuracy, high strength, high conduct electricity in industry produces. In this research the vacuum furnace, casting Cu- Cr- Zr alloy in iron mold at atmosphere were used, the result shows: adding alloy elements not only can raise the strength of alloy but also have very good flexibility for hot rolling. We fine that: solid solution treatment can greatly decrease the effect of electric conductivity by alloy elements. As a result shows: the ingots which have been solid solution treated have higher conduct electricity than those not been treated.
