摘要
人工抄表消耗大量的人力、物力,而且采集数据的时间跨度大、采集数据的准确度低;为此,该文在阐述智能远程水表管理思想基础上,提出了一种对普通水表进行非破坏性地改造实现远程自动抄表的系统整体方案,并同时给出了一种该系统整体方案的实现方式,其中包括系统框图,数据采集卡,上位机的数据处理和管理等软硬件的设计及调试。整个抄表过程速度快、效率高、操作简单等特点,这将大大降低投资费用和运行费用以及提高居民的承受能力,具有重要现实意义和实际应用价值。
The artificial reading of water meters consumes a lot of manpower and material resources, moreover the collecting of the data has large time span, and low accuracy. Based on the idea of intelligent management system of long - distance reading of water meter, this article puts forward a whole scheme of automatic water meter reading systems and the wav of how to realize it, including the design and debug of software and hardware, such as the whole structure of system, data collecting system, data processing and so on. The system has its characteristics, such as collecting data rapidly, efficiently and easy to be operated and so on. It will lower the investment cost and the running cost, and improve the acceptance ability of the residents, so it has important meaning and practical value.
