摘要
针对目前运行电网大都采用单一环境温度决定输电线路热稳定电流,与实际运行温度没有挂钩,造成线路输电能力浪费的现实,提出了采用输电在线监测并辅以计算分析的技术方案,从而达到动态调整输电线路热稳定负载,最大限度地发挥输电线路输送能力的目的。为此,对输电线路在线监测系统的结构、功能进行了分析,提出了实施建议。
At present, most power grids set the thermal stability current of transmission lines by single ambient temperature. which does not reflect actual operation temperature and causes transmission capacity waste of the lines. Accordingly, this paper presents a technical proposal of adopting the transmission line on-line monitoring and calculating tool to adjust dynamically the thermal stability load of transmission lines and to make the most of their transmission capacity. The structure and function of the transmission line on-line monitoring system are analyzed and corresponding suggestions are presented.
