摘要
本文对蒺藜有效成分之一的JL-1进行了实验和临床研究。动物实验中,JL-1对由ADP引起的大鼠血小板聚集,由KCl引起的离体兔主动脉血管平滑肌收缩和大鼠体外血栓形成均有显著抑制作用,改善由高分子右旋糖酐引起的兔球结膜微循环障碍,显著降低正常大鼠和高血压大鼠TXB_2含量,对6-Keto-PGF_(Ia)无影响。临床研究中,JL-1对心脑血管病患者综合征疗效与Aspirin相似,显著降低血液流变学各项指标,显著降低甘油三脂与升高高密度脂蛋白,优于Aspirin。未发现因用药而引起的化验变化和严重副反应,
JL-1 was active fraction extracted from JI-LI (Tribulus terrestris L. ) that doctor of Chinese traditional medicine often uses it to cardio-cerebral vascular disease. Its pharmacological effects and therapeutic effects for cardio-cerebral vascular disease were investigated in animal experiments and clinical patients.In animal experiments,JL-1 (in vivo or in vitro)significantly inhibited rat platelet aggregation induced by ADP,significantly inhibited contractile responses of isolated rabbits aorta smooth muscle to potassium,significantly decreased length,wet weight and dry weight of rats thrombus formation in vitro. JL-1 improved micro-circulation obstructions of rabbit eyeball conjunctiva. Results with JL-1 on TXB2 or 6-Keto-PGFIα of normal rats and SHR suggested that TXB2 of treatment group much more lower than that of control group, but had no effect to 6-Keto-PGFIα.In clinical studies, JL-1 was demonstrated that the total affective rate of JL-1 on syndrome in cardio-cerebral vascular disease was similar to Aspirin group. The results suggested that blood relative viscosity,fibrino-gen and hematocrit were reduced significantly by JL-1. Triglycerid and HDL were increased significantly by JL-1 and higher than Aspirin.The routine examines showed no abnormal changes and serious side effects induced by JL-1.
