摘要
利用双[三(硅烃基亚甲基)锡]氧化物与吡啶甲酸反应,合成了9种三(硅烃基亚甲基)锡吡啶甲酸酯。通过IR1、H NMR1、3C NMR、MS以及元素分析测试技术,对这些化合物的结构进行了表征。生物活性的初步测定结果表明,三[(三甲硅基)亚甲基]锡吡啶甲酸酯和三[(乙基二甲基硅基)亚甲基]锡吡啶甲酸酯具有较好的杀螨活性,而三[(丁基二甲基硅基)亚甲基]锡吡啶甲酸酯的杀螨活性较差。
Nine tris( substituted silylmethylene)tin pridinecarboxytates were synthesized by the reactions of bis{tris[ (trimethylsilyl)methyl] tin} oxides with pridinecarboxylic acids, and their structures were characterized by means of IR,^1H NMR,^13C NMR,MS and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay resuhs show that tris[ (trimethylsilyl) methyl] tin pridinecarboxylates and tris[(ethyldimethylsilyl) methyl] tin 3-pridinecarboxylate have better miticical activity, the miticical activity of tris[ (butyldimethylsilyl) methyl] tin 3-pridinecarboxylate is poor.
