摘要
众多的实证分析表明中国股市与实体经济相背离,尤其是2001年以来这种背离更加明显。中国股市在上市、退市及股权分割等方面的制度缺陷是导致其背离的根源。要想改变中国股票市场与实体经济背离的现状就必须针对这些制度缺陷进行彻底的改革。
Many empirical studies have shown that Chinese stock market has deviated from real economy in these years. We consider the institutional barriers in listing ,withdrawal and State - own shares are the root of the deviation. Only by the reformation of the institutional barriers above, we can change the deviation between Chinese stock market and the real economy.
