摘要
依据静压零位旋转等速取样原理,利用PFS-A煤粉自动取样装置在D-11D型双进双出式磨煤机出口管道上等速取煤粉样,通过对煤粉细度、质量的分析,研究D-11D型磨煤机的工作特性。试验中着重研究了磨煤机变负荷对煤粉细度、电耗、粉管粉量等参数的影响,进而分析该型磨煤机变负荷对W型火焰锅炉运行的影响。
According to principle of isokinetic coal dust sampling, the coal dusts are sampled in the primary air pipe at the outlet of D-11D double charge-discharge ball mill by using PFA-S of pulverized fuel sampler-automatic, then the characteristics of mill running are investigated by the analysis of coal dusts fineness and mass flow rate. Test focus on the effects of classifier, coal dusts fineness, power consumption and mass flow rate when the ball mill load is changing. Father more, the effect on the W-shape flame of boiler running is investigated when the mill load is changing.
