摘要
在流化床焚烧炉中进行了含质量浓度为0.5%的稀硫酸的有机废液焚烧试验。研究了氧化性气氛、还原性气氛、温度和过量空气系数对稀硫酸分解生成SO2的转化率的影响,并分析了稀硫酸分解的反应机理。研究结果表明,在750~950℃的温度条件下,稀硫酸分解生成SO2的转化率随温度升高而上升;随着烟气中氧浓度的提高,SO2的转化率随之下降。
An experimental study on the decomposition of dilute H2SO4 contained in waste liquid trom lab, with mass density of 0.5% was conducted in fluidized bed. The reaction mechanism on decomposition of dilute sulphuric acid was analyzed. The effects of oxidizing and reducing conditions, combustion temperature, and excess air on SO2 conversion were obtained. The results showed that at 750-950℃, SO2 conversion increased with the increasing in temperature, and it decreased as the oxygen concentration in flue gas increased.
