摘要
研究了苯基荧光酮,水杨基荧光酮、二甲氨基苯基荧光酮及其溴取代衍生物的荧光性能与结构的关系.试验表明,在分子中9-取代苯的间位(3’或5’位)上引入溴取代基后,激发及发射波长较相应未溴化的试剂均有红移,斯托克斯位移增大,分析性能有所改善.比较了六种试剂荧光猝灭法测定Zr(Ⅳ)和Al(Ⅲ)的条件,建立了相应的测定方法.
In this paper ,the relation is discussed between the fluorescent properties and structure ofsix kinds of 9- substituted 2, 3, 7- trihydroxyfluorone ( phenylfluorone, salicylfluorone, dimethylaminolinefluorone and their bromo-substitutes). The maximum wavelenghths of the excitation light and emission light all show bathochromic shift with large Stokes shifts,and the fluorescent properties for complexes of AI(Ⅲ) ,Zr(Ⅳ) are improved after the 3' or 5' position of 9-substituted phenyl is bromizated. A comparison of themethods of the determination of Al(Ⅲ) ,Zr(Ⅳ) using the six kinds of reagents by fluorescence quenching has been made and the analytical procedure has been proposed.
