摘要
通过静态挂片实验和自制的高温、高压装置腐蚀实验,用失重法研究了盐水体系中Cl-、SO42-、HCO3-、Ca2+与Mg2+的含量、温度、pH值对碳钢的腐蚀影响。结果表明碳钢腐蚀速度受Cl-影响最大,并随温度升高而变大,随pH值的升高而减小。实验中还筛选出了由硅酸钠、钼酸钠与有机胺复配的缓蚀剂,当缓蚀剂含量为2%时,缓蚀效率可达90%以上。
Based on static steel content measurement and self - made high temperature high pressure apparatus experiment, the effects of Cl^- ,SO4^2- ,HCO3^-,Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ content, temperature, pH value of style on the corrosion of carbon steel in brine medium is studied by weight - loss method. The results showed that Cl^- is the most influence upon the corrosion velocity of carbon steel. Corrosion velocity increases with temperature rises. If pH value of brine style is lower, corrosion is more strong. Corrosion inhibiting rate of mixed corrosion inhibitor reaches over 90 %, while adding 2 %. It can inhibit carbon steel corrosion.
