摘要
氰菌胺合成路线有很多,对其两条主要路线进行了评述,并对其合成路线进行了重点研究。基于路线的可行性和成本的考虑,最终选则了第一条路线。并对其进行了工艺改进,使得溴化和醚化收率明显提高,得收率由62.5%提高到91%,生产成本大大降低。
There are lots of routes of ICI A0001 synthesizes, this text narrated it' s two main routes, and made important research to it' s route of synthesized. According to the possibility of the route and the consideration of the costs, the text chose the first route. At last, changed the route of synthesis, improved the yield of bromination and etherifying. Made the yield be raised from 62.5 % to 91%, and made the cost of production lower.
