摘要
提出一个经济合理的炼油污水回用处理工艺'浮选-生物过滤-臭氧催化氧化-高效过滤',对抚顺石化公司石油一厂水净化车间生化二沉池出水进行了中试处理试验.研究结果表明,出水的主要几项污染指标COD、油、浊度有明显的降低,可达到工业用水的要求.其中COD由原水的70~180 mg/L降到15 mg/L以下,油质量分数由原水的2.5~5.6 mg/L降到0.5mg/L以下,浊度由原水的24~33 mg/L降到0.5 mg/L左右,总铁离子由原水的1.5 mg/L降到0.3 mg/L以下,总磷由原水的1~1.5 mg/L降到0.5 mg/L以下,试验效果比较理想.
The thesis introduce a economical reasonable technological process of reusing refinery wastewater"upper flotation - upper biofilter- ozone catalytic oxidation reactor- superfilter ". After treating secondary clarifier effluent of sewage disposal plant in the first oil factory of Fushun petrochemical branch campany by this process, the result of study indicate that there is a evident decline in several main pollution target such as chemical oxygen demand (COD) ,oil,turbidity . this process can satisfy the demand for the industrial water. A better result is attained in the aspect of COD from 70-180 mg/L to 15 mg/L, the content of oil from 2.5 - 5.6 mg/L to 0.5 mg/L, tubidity from 24-33 mg/L to 0.5 mg/L, total ironion from 1.5 mg/L to 0.3 mg/L, total phosphorus from 1- 1.5 mg/L to 0.5 mg/L of effluent. The treatment process can result in good econmical and social benefit.
