摘要 用自行组装的FIA装置,对Fe(Ⅲ)-CAS-表面活性剂体系进行了系统研究。着重考察了表面活性剂的影响。选择了Fe(Ⅲ)-CAS-TritonX-100-HDMAA混合胶束体系,拟定了Fe(Ⅲ)的FIA光度法,用于总铁量的测定。方法的线性范围、检测限及采样速度分别为0~0.6mg·L ̄(-1)、0.002mg·L ̄(-1)和90样次h ̄(-1)。该法用于天然水或某些工业用水中总铁量的测定,结果满意。 A flow injection spectrophotometric methodfor thedetermination of total ironBa ̄(2+)、Cu ̄(2+)、Fe ̄(3+) with Fe(Ⅲ)-CAS-surfactantmicellar system has been studied systematical-ly with a self-made equipment; An investiga-tion on the influence of various surfactants hasbeen made. The mixed micellar system of Fe(Ⅲ)-CAS-Triton X-100-HDMAA and work-ing conditions of rFIA were selected.Oxida-tion of Fe(Ⅱ)to Fe(Ⅲ)is required before thetotal iron can be determined by H_2O_2.The lin-ear range is 0~0. 6mg/L total iron with a de-tection limit of 0. 002 mg/L and the samplingrate is 90 samples/h. This technique was ap-plied to the determination of total iron in natu-ral water and some industrial water with satis-factory resuits.
