癸异戊二烯醇的合成

摘要 (E)-4-氯-3-甲基-2-丁烯-1-醇乙酸酯经磺酰化、水解和THP保护羟基得到的四氢吡喃醚与茄呢基溴进行偶联,再脱除磺酰基和THP保护基得到癸异戊二烯醇,总收率54%,茄呢醇利用率77%。 Decaprenol was synthesized from (E)-4-chloro-3-methyl-2-butenol acetate by sulfonylation, hydrolysis, protection by THP to give tetrahydropyranyl ether, which to coupled with solanesyl bromide followed by desulfonylation and deprotection with an overall yield of 54% and utilization of solanesol was 77%.
