摘要
建立了HPLC法测定左亚叶酸钙及其片剂含量与有关物质。采用ODSC18柱,0.05mol/L氯化铵缓冲液(含溴化四丁铵3.22g,用氨水调至pH7.8)-甲醇-乙腈(18∶2∶3)为流动相,检测波长287nm。线性范围0.01～0.1mg/ml,检测限1ng。平均回收率99.6%,RSD0.47%。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of calcium levofolinate and its tablets as well as the related substances. An ODS C18 column was used with the mobile phase of 0.05mol/L ammonium chloride buffer solution （containing 3.22g tetrabutylammonium bromide, adjusted pH to 7.8 with ammonia water） -methanol- acetonitrile （18：2：3）, at the detection wavelength of 287mn. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.01-0.1 mg/ml, and the detection limit was lng. The average recovery was 99.6% with RSD of 0.47%.
