摘要
运用平坡诊断法对福建省的福鼎、武夷山、福州、南平、龙岩等地蔬菜基地中小菜蛾对阿维菌素的抗性种群分化情况进行探讨.结果表明:这5个蔬菜基地存在2类抗性种群,即福鼎、武夷山、南平种群和福州、龙岩种群;福鼎、武夷山、南平的虫子每毫克体重的敏感剂量和抗性剂量分别为0.0013和0.014μg,福州、龙岩虫子每毫克体重的敏感和抗性剂量分别为0.0064和0.064μg.
By using the flat-slope diagnostic test, the different abmectin-resistant populations of diamondback moth in Fujian Province were reseached. The result was as follows: there were two abmectin-resistant groups, one was Fuding, Wuyishan and Nanpin group, with susceptive dose of 0.0013μg·mg^-1 and resistant dose of 0.014μg· mg^-1; the other one was Longyan and Fuzhou group, with susceptive dose of 0.0064μg · mg^-1 and resistant dose of 0.064 μg·mg^-1.
