摘要
在丁二烯存在及50℃下,使钕系化合物,如新癸酸钕、异辛酸钕以及异辛酸改性的膦酸钕与Al(i-Bu)2H反应,再与Al(i-Bu)2Cl作用,可形成均相稳定的钕系催化剂体系.结果表明,该催化剂不仅对丁二烯聚合具有高的催化活性及立体定向性(顺式-1,4-结构质量分数大于96%),而且具有单一活性中心的特征,可合成相对分子质量分布指数接近于2.00的聚丁二烯.
Neodymium (Nd) based catalysts display high c/s-1,4-unit stereospecificity( more than 95% ) in 1 , 3-butadiene ( Bd ) polymerization. These catalysts achieve good polymer yields in aliphatic hydrocarbons to provide polymers with excellent properties, which are suitable to the use as tires and other elastic products. However, the relative molecular mass distribution (Mw/Mn) of the resulting polymers is not well controlled, which is attributable to the heterogeneity of the catalyst systems and/or the multiple natures of the active species. In this paper, c/s-1,4-polybutadiene(PB) with narrow MwMa was synthesized by using homogeneous Nd catalyst.
