摘要 提高减速器的设计质量是保证机械设备设计质量的关键,将QFD(质量功能配置)与AHP(层次分析法)相结合,提出了面向用户需求的减速器概念设计的新方法,完成了相应的软件设计,对减速器的概念设计提供了更科学、更合理的手段。通过实例应用,设计结果充分体现了用户的需求,获得了最优的设计方案。 It is a key for high design quality of the mechanical equipment to raise design quality of the reducer. The paper puts forward the new method and accomplishes the corresponding software design towards the reducer conceptual design for demands of customer based on the combined of QFD/AHP technology. And the means which is more scientific and more reasonable to conceptual design for the reducer is provided and applied. As a result, the design result fully embodies the demands of customer and gains the optimization scheme.
