摘要
应用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)结合计算机二级导数、差谱、傅立叶变换自去卷积等技术,研究低温条件下菌紫质(BR)的二级结构,提高了分辨力。根据谱图变化可以看出,随着温度的降低,部分β-折叠和无规卷曲结构将转变为有序的α-螺旋结构。
The secondary structure change of BR at low temperature is studied by using FTIR. By applying second derivative, difference,self-deconvolution and curve fitting method, the resolution is enhanced. The transition of β-and disordered structure to α-helix structure is found as temperature decreased.
