摘要
采用ICP-AES法测定钛铝系金属间化合物中Ta、Si的含量,研究了基体元素和共存元素的干扰以及消除方法。在本方法的测定范围内(Si0.05%—1.00%、Ta0.10%—4.00%),钽、硅测量的相对标准偏差(n=8)小于6%。方法简便、快捷,结果准确。
The amounts of tantalum and silicon in Ti-Al-Based intermetallic compound were determined by ICP-AES. The spectral interference from matrix elements and coexist elements and the method of eliminating the interference was studied. In the range of the determination (Si 0.05%-1.00%, Ta 0.10%-4.00%), RSD is less than 6% (n=8). This method is simple, accurate and rapid.
