摘要
中越关系正常化以来,中越双方恢复了传统的睦邻友好关系,双边的交往与合作不断发展。经过近10年的发展和积累,进入21世纪,中越关系具备了新突破新发展的条件,已经从传统的睦邻友好的较低层面,提升到睦邻友好、全面合作的更高层面。
Since the normalization of Sino-Vietnamese relations, both China and Vietnam have resumed the good relations of neighborhood between them, with their intercourse and cooperation being continuously developing. After about 10 years of development and accumulation, Sino-Vietnamese relations have been ready for new breakthrough and development in the 21^st century, upgrading from the lower level of traditional good neighborliness to the higher level of good neighborliness and all-round coooeration.
