摘要
为了了解科技人员身体锻炼与防御方式、社会支持和心理健康的关系,采用心理健康自评问卷(Scl-90)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和防御方式问卷(DSQ)对115名某科研所科技人员进行测查。结果发现:女性科技人员参加锻炼的比例低于男性科技人员科技人员,30岁组的科技人员参加锻炼的比例低于其它年龄组的科技人员。身体锻炼与成熟防御方式正相关,与中间防御方式、不成熟防御方式负相关,与社会支持、心理健康正相关,并且“经常锻炼组”和“偶尔锻炼组”在中间防御方式的隔离因子和心理健康的敌对因子上显著低于“从不锻炼组”。表明:参加锻炼有助于科技人员改善防御方式,增加社会支持,增进心理健康。
Adopted the psychological self-evaluation questionnaire（ Scl-90）, the evaluation questionnaire of social support （ SSRS）, and the evaluation questionnaire of defense style （ DSO）, this study explores the relationship of physical exercises of scientific researchers and defense style, social support and psychological health in a sample of 115 scientific researchers from a certain scientific research institute. The results can be concluded as follows ： the proportion of participating in physical exercises of the female researchers is lower than the one of the male ones ; the proportion of participating in physical exercises of the thirty-year-old researchers is inferior to the other age groups; the physical exercises is positive correlation with mature defense style, social support, and psychological health , and show negative correlation with middle defense style, juvenility defense style ; the people participating in physical exercises frequently or occasionally was lower remarkably in the factors of isolation and hostility than those who do not participate in physical exercises. It is concluded that participating in physical exercises contributes to the improvement of defense style, promote the social support, and enhance the psychological health.
