摘要
通过理论分析和实验数据回归计算,建立了高碳钢线材热轧过程中临界应变的数学模型,并开发了奥氏体组织演变模拟软件。实践证明,该软件预测精度较高。
The critical strain mathematical model for high-carbon wire was established based on theory analysis and experiment data regression. Meanwhile, the simulation software for austenite transformation was developed.
