摘要
介绍一种用于微细零件加工的加工系统,该系统最小数控运动分辨率为1um,能利用CAD/CAM技术实现三维复杂曲面微细零件的数控加工。在对直径为5mm,表面高底差为1mm的复杂曲面进行切削加工实验,加工后得到的表面粗糙度为Rz0.082um。
In this thesis, a machining system , which can apply CAD/CAM technology to machining three dimensional complex surface of micro - workpiece, is introduced. The minimal NC movement resolving rate of this system is 1 (um). A complex surface whose diameter is 5mm and the difference between the top and the bottom is 1 mm, can be cut and machined to an object whose coarseness is 0. 082um.
