摘要
为了确保屏障环境中实验大、小鼠微生物质量符合国家标准,必须坚持加强对员工素质和技能的培训,制订并严格执行标准操作程序(SOP)和工作制度,维持性合理消毒、灭菌屏障环境及各种物品,定期维护保养屏障环境内各种仪器设备,定期自检大、小鼠微生物质量等综合性方法,才能保障屏障环境及实验大、小鼠的微生物质量。
To ensure the microbe quality of experimental rats and mice accorded with the national standard in barrier environment. Synthetic measure should be adopted through training of performance and technical ability on staffs, formulating and making standard operating procedure （SOP） and rules ,disinfecting and sterilizing reasonable on all the matter continuously, keeping all the instruments in good status regularly, inspecting the microbe quality of laboratory animal and barrier environment regularly et al to ensure the microbe quality of experimental rats and mice.
