摘要
在有机溶剂中合成了壳聚糖羟丙基三甲基季铵盐(HTAC),探索了最佳反应条件,得到了转化率较高、水溶性好的产品。该产品6 mg/L与60 mg/L的聚合铝复配,使孤一、孤五污水站污水浊度分别由90.4 mg/L、64.0 mg/L降到3.6 mg/L、4.2 mg/L。加入该产品40 mg/L和聚合铝50 mg/L,使孤二联污水油质量浓度由2 706.8mg/L降到18.5 mg/L,浊度由960 mg/L降到4.4 mg/L,絮凝净水效果十分显著。
The most preferable synthesis process for hydroxypropyl-trimethylammonium of chitosan (HTAC)in heterogeneous system is discussed. The obtained quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan is soluble in water and characterized by IR. With 6 mg/L HTAC and 60 mg/L polyaluminium chloride(PAC) added together, the turbidity of wastewater of the 1 st Gudao Water Treatment Plant decreases from 90.4 mg/L to 3.6 mg/L and that of the 5th Gudao Water Treatment Plant 64.0 mg/L to 4.2 mg/L. With 40 mg/L HTAC and 50 mg/L PAC added togetheer,the oil content of wastewater of the 2nd Gudao Plant decreases from 2 706.8 mg/L to 18.5 mg/L and the turbidity of the wastewater from 960 mg/L to 4.4 mg/L.
