摘要
中小型科技企业的显著特征是人力资本成为企业成长的核心动力要素,如何充分利用人员管理这一重要企业战略工具以应对剧烈变动的外部环境,成为企业管理的核心内容。本文试图从人力资本经营的角度,探讨人力资本经营与中小型科技企业成长的内生性关系,并提出适应中小型科技制造企业人员管理的基本模式。
The outstanding characteristic of small and middle - sized enterprises of science and technology is that human resources capital has become the core element of dynamics. And how to make full use of personnel management and adapt to the changing of the outer continuous changes of environment is the core content of management. This paper discusses the inner relationship between operation of human resources capital and enterprises and puts forward basic management codes that adapt to these enterprises.
