摘要
利用外资是农业实现现代化的重要途径。近年来农业利用外资为山东省农业的发展发挥了重要作用,但是目前仍然存在外资规模小、来源集中、分布不合理、到位率低、引资主体实力弱、相关法律法规不健全等问题。因此,应加强农业利用外资的产业引导、发挥各地引资优势、积极拓宽农业利用外资的渠道和方式、加大农业利用外资的政策优惠力度、大力扶持农业产业化龙头企业以及加强农业利用外资的项目管理。
In recent years foreign investment has become an important factor sitimulafing the agricultural development in Shandong Province. But there still exist many problerus such as small sale, too concentrated sources, irrational distributing, the shortages of domestic cooperative capital, low rate of granted capital, weak ability of domestic enterprises, imperfect laws and regulations, etc. In order to achieve further development, Shandong Province should direct the foreign capital to fight industy, exert local advantages, widen the channels, give more preference to agricultural projects, support leading local agricultural enterprises, and improve the management of agricultural projects.
