摘要
以亚麻种子为材料进行实验,探讨了6种不同氮素浓度处理(1、4、8、12、16、20 mmol/L)对亚麻种子萌发情况和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,氮素供给显著影响了亚麻种子的萌发,随着供氮水平的提高,发芽势、发芽率、萌发指数除1 mmol/L处理外,都逐渐降低。不同处理下幼苗的总生物量显著高于对照,在8 mmol/L时达到最大值。地上部分生物量随供氮水平的增加而增加,而根生物量则随着供氮水平的增加而降低。
In this paper, the effect of nitrogen treatments on germination and seedling growth of flax was studied during a 10-day period. The seeds were cultured in petri dishes supplied with various concentration of N (1,4,8,12,16,20 mmol/L). The results showed that N supply could effect significantly the germination of flax. Sprouting potential(SPO) ,Sprouting Percentage(SPT) ,Sprouting index decreased with an increase of N supply except 1 mmol/L. Biomass of whole plant and above-ground part increased, while biomass of root decreased with an increase of N supply.
