摘要
以变革“终身雇用制”、“年功序列制”为基本内容的日本企业改制之所以陷入困境,其根源在于“终身雇用制”、“年功序列制”,虽然束缚员工自由,但它所同时带来的集体主义却为包括今天在内的所有时代的高效生产所必需。而这对于我国的国企改制极具借鉴意义,由于单纯的现代企业制度只有个体自主而无集体主义,中国的企业改制必须辅之以由员工持股计划所安排的集体主义,以构筑拥有个体自主的集体主义情景。
Japanese enterprise reforming which mainly contains lifelong employment and yearly wages fell in enlightenment, because lifelong employment and yearly wages which tied the freedom of the worker could also bring collectivism necessary to all effective production. Chinese enterprise reforming could draw lessons from it for modem enterprise institution has only individual freedom and no collectivism, which has to have collectivism arranged by employee stock ownership plans to build collectivism containing individual freedom.
