用力控与三菱FX-2N系列PLC设计电机定子浸漆分布式监控系统,详细介绍了该控制系统中系统上/下位机的设计方案、网络拓扑结构与参数设置、监控系统网络发布功能以及PLC控制程序的设计原则.该系统投运结果表明,达到了规定的设计性能指标和要求,且运行稳定。
This paper presents a design project of Motor-stator Dipped Lacquer system based on ForceControl and PLC. We introduce the concrete automation control project, Net structure, network parameters setting, the function of network-browse and the rule of control programs in details. At last, the results of operation show that the control system has achieved the performances and satisfied the demands of factory, and it works steadily.
