摘要
本文介绍了时钟网络中抖动、相位噪声、偏移、频率稳定度等参数的概念以及它们之间的转换关系。随后,详细讨论了高速数据采集系统中抖动对数据采集系统信噪比的影响和偏移对正交采样一致性所产生的影响。最后、根据笔者在高速采集系统设计的经验给出了高频时钟网络设计上的一些建议。
The paper introduce the concepts of timing parameters, including: jitter, phase noise, skew, frequency stabilization, and the relationship between them. Then, we discuss jitter' s influence on Signal-to-Noise Ratio of data acquisition system and skew' s influence on consistency of orthogonal sampling of high speed acquisition system in detail. Finally, from the experience of high speed acquisition system design, we give some advices on high frequency timing network design.
