摘要
以华东电网为例,对比了当前国内外3种典型发电系统备用容量的评估方法,指出华东电网现行的确定性方法的不足。应用解析法和蒙特卡罗模拟法分别评估了2003年华东电网现有的备用水平,分析了各自的评估结果,指出容量不足是主要问题。讨论了在计算可靠性指标时需要考虑的因素并提出了一些建议。
Based on the data of East China, several prevailing methods tor reserve capacity evaluation of generating systems are compared and the limitations of the deterministic method currently adopted by the East China Grid are pointed out. The reserve level of East China Grid in 2003 is evaluated by analytic method and Monte Carlo simulation method respectively. A coraparison of the results shows that for the East China Grid, lack of reserve capacity is the main problem faced. Finally, some factors during reliability index calculation are discussed and suggestions are made.
