Synthesis of Oligo-ethyleneglycol Ethyl Ether Acetate from Ethyl Acetate Inserted by Ethylene Oxide

摘要 探索了在特殊酸/碱双活性位催化剂催化下环氧乙烷(EO)嵌入乙酸乙酯(EA)合成(低聚)乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯(EGEEA)的一步法反应,经红外光谱、电喷雾质谱鉴定得到了预期产物.气相色谱测定结果表明,催化剂AB-5具有较高的单EO选择性,在催化剂用量为1.1 g/100 g EA,体系初压0.1 MPa,反应温度145~150 ℃,n(EA):n(EO)=5:1,EO加料速度为0.25 g/min的优选条件下,单EO选择性达到w(EGEEA)=51.5%. A process was reported to produce oligo-ethyleneglycol ethyl ether acetate by inserting ethylene oxide (EO) between the carbonyl and ethoxy group of ethyl acetate (EA) over special acid - base catalyst. The product was characterized by FFIR and ESI -MS. It was found by GC that the catalyst AB -5 has the highest product selectivity of ethyleneglycol ethyl ether acetate (EGEEA). The optimum selectivity of w (EGEEA) = 51.5% was obtained under following reaction conditions: the amount of catalyst l. 1 g/100 g ethyl acetate ,the initial pressure 0. 1 MPa,the reaction temperature 145 - 150 ℃, the molar ratio of EA to EO 5:1 and the feed rate of EO 0. 25 g/rain.
