抗保幼激素与蜕皮激素的作用机理研究 被引量:3

摘要 桑蚕第3龄或第4龄使用三眠素能使龄数减少,全龄期缩短,5龄使用则使龄期延长.3龄使用金鹿三眠素或5龄添用蜕皮激素丝腺重量低于对照,但三眠素使用区单位重量丝腺的RNA量与对照有表现一致的趋向;而5龄使用三眠素则丝腺重量大于对照区.研究表明,3龄使用三眠素,蚕体强健,茧层率较高;5龄使用三眠素,全茧量、茧层量、茧层率均优于对照.使用蜕皮激素、龄期缩短,强健性。 In silkworm, Bombyx mori larvae,treatment of AJH in the 3rd or 4th instar induces the duration of silkworm and instar to shorten,AJH treated in the 5th will lengthen the age of silkworm. AJH treated in the 3rd instar or MH treated in the 5th instar induces the weight of silk gland to decrease,yet the content of RNA per silk gland shows the same trend with the contrast,AJH treated in the 5th instar add the weight of silk gland. the results also show that:AIH treated in the 3rd instar shortens the duration of silkworm,enhances the healthiness and the cocoon shell rate. AJH treated in the 5th instar,the cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight and cocoon shell rate are higher than that of contrast,but MH treated shorten the duration of instar and lowers the healthiness and cocoon performance.
