摘要
结合湖南天子山钢管混凝土桁式组合拱桥的施工建设,选择主拱圈的几何变形、关键结构截面的应力、两岸锚固墙的拉力、斜拉索的索力、钢管拱底座的应变和温度效应作为监控参数,选用相应的传感器及工业控制计算机组建了计算机监控系统,并编制了相应的监控软件。该系统保证了全桥施工过程中的安全性。
With the construction of Tianzishan Arched truss bridge of steel tube filled concrete of Hunan province, the geometric distortion of main arc, the stress of important structural section, the pull of intercostals anchor walls, the stress of inclined cable, the distortion of steel tube base and the temperature effect are selected as monitoring parameters. Relevant sensors and industrial control computer are selected to build computer monitoring system, and the corresponding monitoring software is made. The system assures the security of the whole construction process of Tianzishan bridge.
