摘要
采用60Coγ射线在0.48、0.95、1.40kGy剂量水平处理带螨的普洱茶研究其杀螨效果。结果表明杀螨的适宜剂量为0.5~1.0kGy,辐照杀螨彻底,只要不再接触螨源就不存在孳生螨类的可能性。品质分析表明在这个剂量范围处理的普洱茶对其主要成分(水分、维生素C、氨基酸总量、茶多酚、咖啡碱)无不利影响。感观评价也表明经辐照处理的茶叶在外观色泽、香气、汤色、滋味及叶底方面与对照相比,均无明显差异。
The Pu-er the infestal with
tea mites was tieated with 60Coγ - ray at dose of 0.48,0.95,and 1.40 kGy.Satisfactory results
were found at 0.5 to 1.0kGy which could thoroughly killthe mithe and prevent
reinfestation.Quality analysis showed that irradiation at 0.5 to 1.0 kGyhad no unfavourable
impact on the ontents of moisture,Vitamin C,total amino acids,polyphenols and caffeine.
Moreover,some stimulus effan were registered for total aminoacies,polyphenpls and
caffeine.Organoleptic assessment proved that there was nosighificant difference between
irradiated and non-irradiated tea in its apparent colour,aroma,liquor colour,flavour and
suspended leaf.
