甘蓝型油菜轮回选择研究 Ⅲ.S_1家系及后代选系的产量和抗性鉴定 被引量:8

摘要 利用显性雄性不育特性,通过混合选择法获得了3个连续的轮回选择基础群体(Co、C1和C2)。对选自上述基础群体S1家系的产量和菌核病发病率进行了鉴定。结果表明,来自Co、C1和C2各轮S1家系群的平均产量水平分别为对照中油821的85.9%、77.4%和94.5%,但各S1家系群的变异幅度较大,并均有超过对照的家系。菌核病发病率的表现与产量表现相似。S1家系选株衍生选系的平均产量水平与世代数相同的杂交后代选系相当,但前者的变异幅度远大于后者,且有超过对照的选系出现,而后者却没有。来自C0和C1的2个S1家系群单株产量的狭义遗传力分别为9.5%和7.5%。经过连续2次产量鉴定所得C0群体后代选系的产量比来自同一群体但未作产量鉴定的选系要高8.4%,比杂交后代选系高16.0%。 Three conasecutive basic populations(C0,C1 and C2)for recurrent selection in Brassica napus were constructed through mass selection procedure, in which the dominant male sterility allele was used as a medium for cross-pollination. Numbers of S1 family were derived from the fertile individuals from each of the three populations, and the yield potential and infection ratio of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum among the S1 family groups were investigated. The average yield of each S1 family group derived from C0, C1 and C2 were 85.9%, 77.4% and 94.5% of a control variety, Zhongyou 821, respectively.But each of the groups had larger yield variation,and S1families with higher yield than the control were identified in all three groups. Similar performance was found about the Sclerotinia infection ratio in the groups. The lines originated both from S1families and from hybridizing progenies possessed similar performance in terms of the average yield, but the former had considerably greater yield variation than the latter. A few lines with higher yield than the control were identified from S1 families-derived lines but none of such lines was obtained from lines derived from hybridizing progenes. The narrow heritability of yield of two S1 family groups from C0 and C1 populations were 9.59% and 7.5%, respectively. The yields of selected lines with two consecutive yield tests were 8.4% higher than those of the lines from the same basic population(C0) but without yield test before the comparison, and 16.0% higher than those of the lines from hybridizing progenies. The role of recurrent selection procedure in creation of a greater genetic variation and approach to improve the selection efficiency were discussed.
