摘要
厌氧固体产酸相-产甲烷相组成的两相厌氧生物处理工艺可以有效克服传统单相厌氧生物工艺运行过程中存在的池容小、产气率低、易结壳、出料不便等问题,本文研究了厌氧固体产酸相-上流式折板生物膜产甲烷相组成的两相厌氧工艺处理鲜水葫芦的运行特点及机理。试验结果表明,工艺运行稳定,平均产气量为100L/kg鲜水葫芦,气体中甲烷含量73.6%~83.4%,系统出水CODcr小于200mg/L,SS40mg/L左右;在稳定运行阶段,产酸相出水VFA组成相对稳定,处于混合酸化状态。另外,进行了污泥生物相组成分析。
