摘要
当前我国基础教育课程改革的一个重要方面,是教师参与课程决策。教师参与课程决策的保障体系主要包括三个方面:一是教师课程决策权力;二是课程资源;三是教师课程决策素质。每一个方面的保障都要求采取多种措施。
One of the principal objectives of the fundamental educational reforms is ensure the teacher participation in the curricular decision, the system of which is considered to comprise the three aspects: 1. teachers' right in the curricular decision; 2. curricular resources; 3. the qualities of the teacher participa- tion in the curricular decision. Obviously each of the aspects requests varieties of measures as a guarantee.
