摘要
怎样的学生评教才是有效的?笔者认为,在于学生评教过程的合理性、科学性、可行性,评教结果的效度和信度,同时须考量其是否促进了教师的发展、教学与管理水平的提高和学生的进步等。
In regard to the validity of students' evaluation of teaching, the author theorizes that the key factors lie in the rationality, feasibility and scientificness of the evaluation process, and the validity and reliability of the results of the evaluation. Other considerations include whether such evaluations will help promote teachers' development, improve teaching and administration, and facilitate students' progress.
