摘要
科技人才是经济社会发展的第一资源,人才结构是科技人才队伍总量、质量、结构三大因素中最重要的因素。科学合理的、有针对性的人才结构优化方案可使人才队伍结构得到优化,整体功能和优势得到充分发挥。
Talented people are the first resource in the development of economy and society. The structure of talented people is the most important one among three factors of the contingent of talented people, i.e. the total volume, quality and structure. An optimized scenario of scientific, reasonable and targeted structure of talented people serves to optimize the structure of the contingent of talented people, hence giving full play to the entire functions and advantages.
