图书馆要迎接知识经济时代带来的各种挑战和国内外信息服务行业的竞争,就应努力克服自身管理过程中存在的各种弊端,采取与知识经济时代“人性”相适应的管理方法,实行人本管理。
Being faced with every kind of challenge which is by the knowledge - based economy and various competition of domestic and international information service , the library must work hard to overcome every kind of irregularity that exists in the process of library management and adopt management that adapts to the “human nature” in the knowledge- based economy age . so the library should practice “people- oriented management”.
