摘要
在常见的排水采气工艺当中,优选管柱排水采气工艺操作简单而且投资较少,以致在国内气田得到广泛采用。在选择小油管生产的同时,优选一个合理的生产制度,对延长气井自喷采气期有着重要的意义。文中分析了产水井的产气量、井口压力等生产参数与临界油管尺寸的关系,同时对常用的两相流Hagedorn-Brown模型进行了简化计算,方便了编制计算机程序来实现自动化运算。并对一口具体的气井,作出了生产参数与油管尺寸之间的关系曲线。
Among the common techniques of gas recovery by water drainage , the technique of gas recovery by water drainage with optimized tubing string is widely used at home because it is featured by simple operation and less cost. It has important sense to choice a proper production system for extension of flowing period of gas wells while selecting small tubing to exploit. The relationship between the critical tubing size and the productive parameters of gas wells with water, such as gas production, wellhead pressure etc., is analyzed. Meanwhile, the simplified calculation is developed for the commonly used Hagedom-Brown bi-phase flow model, which is helpful to work out computer programs for automatic operation. With a real gas well, the relation curve between the productive parameters and the tubing size is made.
