摘要
目的:研究香菇多糖(Lentinan,LNT)对实验性高血糖大鼠血糖、糖耐量和血清胰岛素水平的影响,旨在研究治疗糖尿病的新路径。方法:体重250±20g Wister大鼠30只腹腔注射四氧嘧啶(120mg/kg)建立糖尿病动物模型,并将其随机分成四组,分别用生理盐水、低剂量(100mg/kg)香菇多糖、高剂量(200mg/kg)香菇多糖及盐酸二甲双胍灌胃,试验期21d,观察、比较香菇多糖的作用。结果:香菇多糖有明显的降血糖作用(P<0·05),其作用有时效性、剂量性,而且高剂量组的降血糖效果与药物对照组在统计学上无明显差异(P>0·05)。在试验期内香菇多糖能明显改善高血糖大鼠的糖耐量(P<0·05),而对血清胰岛素水平的影响不明显(P>0·05)。结论:香菇多糖有显著的降血糖、改善糖耐量作用,其作用非通过胰岛素。
Objective: Research the effects of Lentinan(LNT) on the levels of blood sugar,sugar tolerance and serum insulin of experimental rats,aiming for new methods for treating diabetes. Methods. Make animal model of diabetes by abdominal injection of alloxan(120mg/kg) to 30 Wister rats weighing 250±20g,and randomly divide them into 4 groups, respectively administer normal saline, low-dosage(100mg/kg) and high-dosage (200mg/kg)LNT, hydrochloric acid dimethyldiguanide for stomach perfusion,test for 21 days,observe and compare the functions of LNT. Results. LNT can markedly reduce blood sugar(P〈0.05) with time-effect and dosage relationship, but there's no obvious differences on blood sugar reduction between high-dosage group and control group statistically(P〉0.05). During the test period, LNT can much improve sugar toler- ance of rats with high blood sugar(P〈0.05), however has no obvious effect on serum insulin(P〉0.05). Conclusion. LNT has marked function of blood sugar reduction and improving sugar tolerance,which are not done through insulin.
