摘要
采用低温固相法通过对各种影响产物性能的实验条件考察后,优化了纳米Ce-Zr-O粉末的制备工艺,即采用氯化氧锆、碳酸铈、氢氧化钠为原料和水杨酸为络合剂进行研磨,所得的前驱物在室温下干燥和600℃煅烧后,可得到纳米Ce-Zr-O粉末。利用XRD、TG-DTA、拉曼光谱仪等仪器分别对样品的粒度、物相、热稳定性及拉曼特征峰进行了表征。
The process for Nano - meter Ce - Zr - O powder preparation was optimized as follows upon investigation of the experimental conditions affecting the product properties through law temperature solid - phase reaction: grinding with ZrOClz(s),Ce2(CO3)3(s),NaOH(s)as raw materials and salicylic acid as complexing agent to obtain precursor, which is dried under room temperature and calcined at 600 ℃ to obtain Nano - meter Ce - Zr - O powder. The sample powder characterization is tested by XRD, TG - DTA, and Raman spectrometer in respect of its particle size, physical phase, thermal stability and Raman feature.
