摘要
目的了解焦虑对高考发挥的影响,为高考心理调适提供依据。方法高考前1周在长沙市某中学高三年级3个班施测状态—特质焦虑量表,将他们高考得分和平时成绩(3、4、5月月考成绩平均分)的差值作为高考发挥的指标。从个体之状态焦虑与特质焦虑的关系的角度来考察焦虑对高三学生高考发挥的影响。结果在英语考试发挥中,状态焦虑与特质焦虑平衡者显著优于不平衡者(P<0.05)。结论激发个体潜能的“适度焦虑”并非“中度焦虑”,而是个体状态焦虑与特质焦虑的平衡状态。
Objective To study the the effects of anxiety on the students' performance in the entrance examination of University so as to provide basis for modulating minds during the test. Methods Measuring 3 classes students of grade 3 in high school with STAI(Renmin Ye, 1990) in Changsha city at the time one week before the Entrance Examination of University, adopting the difference between their marks in the Entrance Examination of University and their usual marks (the average of monthly test marks of March, April, May) as the index of their performance level in the Entrance Examination. Results the group with the state and trait anxiety at the same level had a better performance in the English test than the unbalance group (P〈0.05). Conclusion popular concept of “moderation” anxiety was not the “middle” degree anxiety but a state of balance between state and his/her trait anxiety.
