阐述了W-4挖掘机行走大小伞齿轮的材质选择、热处理和加工工艺等方面的综合性技术改进,从而杜绝了断齿和严重磨损现象的发生,使齿轮寿命明显提高。
The improvements relating to material selection, thermal treatment and manufacturing of small or big sized traveling-purpose bevel gears of W-4 excavator are explained. Through these improvements, teeth breakage or heavy wear tear of bevel gears are avoided thus the service life of gears are increased.
