摘要
聚乙二醇、氯化钙及二甲基亚砜3种抗寒保护剂单一喷施处理大叶黄杨叶片后,可减少冻害胁迫过程中电解质的渗透率及MDA含量,并且POD活性较对照组有所提高.这表明3种抗寒保护剂均能不同程度增强大叶黄杨叶片抗冻性,其中Ca2+作用效果最佳.同时对上述3种抗冻鉴定指标比较后认为,电解质渗透率能更灵敏、客观地评价大叶黄杨叶片抗冻性.
Under the same freezing stress condition,three cold resistant agents can decrease the level of the relative permeability of membrane and MDA content,and increase the activity of POD during the freezing stress. This indicates that the freezing resistance in Euonymus japonicus leaves can be improved through spraied pretreatment with three cold resistant agents. Among them, calcium possesses a better freezing resistance. The index of relative electrolyte leakage is recommended to evaluate quickly and objectively the freezing resistance of the plant.
